Therapy works best when the practical arrangements feel clear from the beginning. Here you can find information about session length, fees, cancellations and frequently asked questions.


  • You do not need to be certain before getting in touch. An initial consultation gives us space to discuss what has brought you to therapy and whether working together may feel helpful.

  • I offer online therapy and in-person sessions, subject to availability.

  • The first session is an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy, ask questions and begin thinking together about what you may need.

  • Sessions are usually held weekly.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are normally charged in full.

  • This depends on your needs and what you would like to explore. Some people work for a shorter period, while others benefit from longer term therapy.
